Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Injector

Job Summary

The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Injector will be an influential and key member of our medical team, consultations, treatments, and treatment recommendations as delegated by an overseeing physician. Treatments may include anti-wrinkle treatments by injection including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body and facial injections, platelet-rich plasma therapy, and buttocks enhancements. Excellent opportunity for an experienced Aesthetic Injector to provide aesthetic treatments for a luxury and innovative medical spa in Canonsburg, PA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments. Additional aesthetic procedures include innovative & advance laser services and well as IV therapy.
  • Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess aesthetic goals, medical history, and suitability for procedures.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet individual patient needs and expectations.
  • Administer injectable treatments with precision, ensuring natural-looking results and minimizing complications. Demonstrating strong procedural, technical and anatomical competency of injection techniques for the various aesthetic injection procedures offered.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic medicine.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and staff to ensure seamless patient care and a positive overall experience.
  • Adhere to state regulations, licensing requirements, and safety protocols in all aspects of aesthetic procedures.
  • Uphold ethical practices, patient confidentiality, and maintain a professional and empathetic bedside manner.
  • Continuously contribute to a positive team environment, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Educate patients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and realistic expectations.
  • Accurately maintain and update client records, photography, obtain consents, detailed documentation of procedures performed, and products or equipment used
  • Support the vision and uphold the mission, values, policies, and procedures of the company
  • Perform additional administrative office tasks and other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of practice.
  • Certification in aesthetic injectables is required.
  • Board certification in Aesthetics is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a focus on injectables, preferably 2 years’ experience
  • Strong proficiency in Botox and dermal filler injection techniques.
  • Proficiency with patient EMR
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and reassure patients effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented medical spa environment.
