Job Overview

As Social Media Manager, your primary role will be crafting, executing, and overseeing our social media strategy to bolster brand recognition, enhance marketing endeavors, and foster user engagement. You’ll represent our brand across various social media platforms and collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen our digital footprint.

Key Duties

  • Design and execute an all-encompassing social media strategy that resonates with our company’s objectives.
  • Create compelling and visually engaging content tailored for social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage and grow our YouTube channel, focusing on content creation, video optimization, and growth tactics to boost our online identity and audience interaction.
  • Engage with our online community by monitoring and interacting with comments, messages, and tags across social platforms.
  • Organize and implement social media promotions to highlight our products, services, and corporate initiatives.
  • Analyze social media trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and compile reports outlining key performance metrics and areas for enhancement.
  • Remain informed about current industry trends, social media tools, and best practices, incorporating these into our strategy.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure social media activities align with broader marketing objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with influencers and advocates to increase brand exposure.
  • Provide thorough reports and regular updates in team meetings, offering insights and analyses to facilitate strategic decisions and maintain transparency within the team.


  • A degree in marketing or communications.
  • Has a strong track record of managing social media for brands, with at least 2 years of experience and a portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • Strategic thinking with the capability to turn business goals into effective social media initiatives.
  • Strong creative and design skills, including proficiency in graphic design and photo/video editing software.
  • Analytical aptitude to understand and interpret data.
