Job Summary

As a Licensed Aesthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality skincare and beauty treatments to clients, promoting a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. This role seeks a licensed aesthetician with a blend of compassion, high energy, and an unwavering passion for
connecting with patients, dedicated to enhancing their skin’s overall health and wellness, helping clients look and feel their best. You will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in skincare and contribute to the overall success of our spa/salon.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in comprehensive discussions with clients to understand their skincare issues, preferences, and objectives.
Perform various medical-grade facial treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, microneedling, microneedling with RF, hydra facials, dermaplaning, and other specialized treatments based on client needs.
Demonstrate proficiency in operating a variety of aesthetic machinery and laser equipment.
Demonstrate a proven ability to create customized skincare therapy plans and achieve successful skin care product sales.
Collaborate effectively as a cohesive team member to ensure a seamless guest experience. Stay informed about skincare products, including ingredients and benefits, to recommend appropriate homecare regimens for clients.
Educate clients on proper skincare routines, product usage, and lifestyle choices that promote healthy skin.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace, adhere to all sanitation and hygiene standards, and ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilized.
Provide exceptional customer service, build strong client relationships, and address clients’ concerns or questions.
Promote and sell skincare products to clients, achieving set sales targets.
Actively pursues ongoing education in product knowledge and advanced techniques to elevate the quality of client services. Demonstrates a commitment to staying informed about the latest trends and innovations in aesthetics, ensuring clients receive enhanced and up-to-date skincare solutions.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid state license as a licensed aesthetician.
2 years experience as a licensed aesthetician and a strong portfolio of skincare and beauty treatments.
Must be familiar with aesthetic machinery and laser equipment.
Strong communication and people skills for effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
In-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and industry trends.
Exhibit strong professionalism, consistent punctuality, and dependability.
Ability to effectively communicate and promote skincare products and contribute to retail goals.
